I gave this a serious thought.
I could be wrong but i think that the forum is losing focus partly due to the existance of the cbox.
So I am going to test how this forum continue WITHOUT a cbox.
Oh that cbox... i will put in the Moo Moo Cow site.
ps.. if got objections pls let me know. I am open for comments lah.

Well, I really don't think cbox is the issue here cos we don't discuss stocks anymore in the cbox.
I guess human is just like horsies, you need to give them a spank or two sometimes to 'remind' them to get going!! :P

cBox - the cause of the loss of focus?
No, Moo definitely not; you need a centre to group and discuss, this is the place. Other matters can be linked from here. Separating cBox and forum will disperse the group and focus.
The malaise is market-induced and the work-centric nature of the group. Not many has the luxury like PeG. Trading and Investing are part time pastime for many if not most. To actively participate in a forum is a chore for many, and to browse, seeked and analyse may be too demanding. The path of least resistance is what we all seeked.
The other sites are your personnal blogs. It creates a sense of insecured homelessness for the rest.
So Moola, give us back the cBox here.

i do see your point.. however... my main grouse is that the cbox is rendering the whole objectivity of a forum.
anyway... let's try this setting out for a while... and we see how it goes.

To be honest...
that was one of my reason of trying to have the forum without a cbox.
