I am a chartist, and subscribed to technical analysis as a tool for trading directions. As stated the chart is an extrapolation of the eod data accumulated over the last 30 years, since 1977. The cycles and market trends are drawn using the different indicators made available by the many different softwares in the market.

Timing and support levels including resistances are not absolute but they served as a trading tool to enter and exit the market.

A little update on my previous post...

Based on Dow Theory, The long term bull is still intact since it manage to have a higher low for every retracement.

Beware if it fails to create a higher high...

Looks like long term bull is still in control but just the broadbase rally is not sustainable.
