Vista has a nice picture snipping tool. And it's called Snipping Tool.
Click on the Vista bubble, then All Programs, Accessories and then you will see Snipping tool.

Click on the tool.
And then highlight where u want to snip of the chart..
Say the above represent the chart you want to show..
Just use the Vista Snipping Tool and snip the picture... and save the file as Proton.Jpg

You will then see the next picture...
The default size is LARGE.
Click on Medium for a Medium picture.
Underneath this... you will see...
To link to this photo on other websites you can either:
********** Choose Option 2.
2. Grab the photo's URL:
Copy that URL.
Now you are all set to post...

On top of this posting area... u will see a row of buttons... click on the THIRD button on the right (If you hoover your mouse over it, it says INSERT A IMAGE )
this is how the button looks like -> 
Click on it... and paste ur flickr url to it.
Viola... you are done.
