Yeah, good point. I too would like to hear some comments.
Right now, I am terribly biased against this industry.
Two things i dun like so far.
1. I see too much false claims happening and when there is a public crackdown on this issue (which is extremely positive) but it also highlights the terrible mess in the industry.
2. Trust of the management of the fund. Example of the going ons in MAA (hope MAA is a one off) horrifies me. I can still remember MAA's imvolvement in companies like COMSA. And if not mistaken, in that debacle, MAA ended up lending money to COMSA... and as they say... rest is history!

Got to stick with the good guys like LPI, Manulife, and Allianz? I am not sure how good ?? not much knowledge.
I also understand that there are some form of restrictions on foreign shareholdings for public listed insurance company??
