Private Placement Assessment;
1)40.4m @ Rm 4.50 per share will raised Rm 181.8m
Bonus 1:2 issued of additional 20.2m shares
Total private placement share after bonus 60.6m shares
1:1 shares consolidation adjusted placee shares 30.3m equivalent to the cost of Rm 6.00 per share.
2)Private placement of 36.7 @ Rm 2.47 raised Rm 91.4m
Bonus 1:2 Additional 18.3m shares.
Total shares afer bonus 55m
After Consolidation 1:1 number of share 27.5m
Adjusted cost per share Rm 3.32.
Overall adjusted cost per share after placement,bonus and consolidation (1) + (2) = Rm 4.25 per share.
The cost of Rm 4.25 compare to current price of Rm 3.34 is actually earning enhancement instead of dilution.

| Based on this discussion; I guess i can conclude that the buying interest will not be there unless Gpacket proves itself by posting respectable results in the 3rd quarter financial report. It's profit for Q3 last year was RM21.9M, its highest ever profit in one quarter.

Random,
This is where it gets ultra complicated..
On one hand, trusting our own judgement and reasoning is so very important... which I agree fully... but... in life, everything has its own extremes. And in this instance, while being confident in one own's reasoning is crucial, one has to guard against being too over-confident and adapt the arrogant 'i-cannot-be-wrong' type of attitude. Yes, as said by some wise person, attitude is as important. For the wrong attitude could see some being too stubborn and failing to acknowledge that perhaps one could be wrong in one's own reasoning.
And you know how dangerous it is if one fails to recognise one's own short-comings.

yeah...need to cut loss...im never too good with it, coz my mentality makes me feel that the further the stock slides, the more discount it offers. I prefer to average down in such cases.
Some rules that i set for myself;
i) be prepared to hold the stock for a long time. Sometimes market forces will hold down a stock despite it posting solid results
ii) re-evaluate the stock at least on a quarterly basis
